Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: April 29, 2026. These terms govern the purchase of our handcrafted nectars, born of patience and the Savoy terroir.

Scope and Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Distillerie L'Héritage Sailler with non-professional buyers wishing to purchase products offered for sale on the website.

By placing an order on our website, the Customer unreservedly accepts these T&Cs. We invite you to read them carefully before finalizing your purchase, in order to understand the terms of our commitment to you and the conditions of your purchase.

Regulations on the Sale of Alcohol

⚠︎ Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Drink in moderation.

In accordance with Article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. By confirming an order on the website, the buyer undertakes to be at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of the order.

Upon delivery, the carrier is entitled to request proof of the recipient's identity to verify age.

Orders and Pricing

ORDER PROCESS

It is the Customer's responsibility to select on the website the Products they wish to order. The sale will only be considered final after the Seller has sent the Customer confirmation of acceptance of the order by email.

PRICES AND TAXES

Products are supplied at the rates in effect shown on the website at the time the order is registered. Prices are expressed in Euros, excluding and including tax. These rates are fixed and non-revisable during their validity period.

Delivery and Shipping

Our liqueurs are packaged in certified bottle-shipping packaging to ensure perfect product integrity.

If a parcel is damaged upon receipt, the Customer must issue reservations to the carrier or refuse the parcel.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay any penalty.

Please note: In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the same code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging has been opened by the Customer after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
